Costa Rica

I

These are a few of the photo's we have taken of actual plumbing here. We could not post them all, the page would take a really long time! Some of these were new homes just built by contractors to "American Standards".

This was/is in an expensive new home. The toilet missed the wall by 4-1/2 inches! The homeowner couldn't get the contractor to repair it. They left it this way.

This is a main plumbing connection to a new, and expensive home. The builder didn't have the correct fitting, so they broke the pipe and stubbed in the connection. Think it will work? This is now under 6" of concrete below the kitchen. The Homeowner doesn't even know about this!

Left -The plumber connected both supply and return lines. They had no water pressure.

Right - The plumber bent the pipe and buried it anyway. Yes, it was leaking along time.

*note: theses are from the new home of one of Costa Rica's largest new home builders.

One of these could be your kitchen sink, bet you can smell this problem!

These pictures are from homes your workers might live in.
