Perfect Plumbing is an
organizational company with the
main office located in San Jose.
Our engineering
staff, architects', master
plumber, project managers and interior designers
are all based here. They all
work in coordination to insure
your dreams become your reality.
Our engineering
firm is headed by a semi retired
American Engineer. He holds a
PhD. as an engineer. As a
professor he has taught in many
US University's: UCLA, ITT, NIU,
Our Master
Plumber is a retired, licensed,
American Plumber of 25 years.
Having learned the trade as an
Apprentice in the union. After
the 5 years apprenticeship, he
continued to work in his trade.
Eventually opening his own
company. After 20 years running a residential,
commercial and industrial
plumbing and piping shop
the experience he brings is
un-parallel.
Our Designers
are both Americans and Costa
Ricans. They provide us with
experience, intelligence,
creativity. Designs reflect
American and Costa Rican flair!
Our Project
Managers are all experienced
General Contractors. With that
level of experience, and their understanding of
the
construction process, we have an
un-beatable team!
Our work
crews are mostly comprised of
local workers. Our on-site
supervisor, a retired certified
Building Code Inspector. your
plumbing, piping and design will
be "Perfect".
